Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return period for UK orders. For an order to be eligible to return, the item must still be in the same condition we sent them in. Brand new and unused with all original packaging. If you have worn the item outside we are unable to accept the item back. Once we've received and inspected the item to make sure it is still brand new, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note original shipping costs we spent are non-refundable, return shipping is to organised and paid for by the buyer.

We are unable to offer returns on pre owned boots. We are also unable to offer returns for worldwide orders.

Some of the pairs we sell are older models, items marked as 'collectors pairs' are such that would be best for collecting only and not to be worn. If you choose to wear them it would be at the buyer's risk, and we are not responsible for refunds regarding this.

Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders with 24-48 hours of receiving the order. The cut off point for same day shipping is 3pm, any orders outside that time will be posted the next day. All items are sent via a fully trackable service, you will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. For UK orders we use Royal mail, and for international Royal Mail/DHL/DPD. For orders to Republic of Ireland there are no customs fees.

We ship worldwide via a fully trackable service. Please be aware that they're may be customs charges depending on your countries customs policies. It is up to the buyer to familiarise themselves with this as we are not responsible to paying potential customs fees.
