Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return period for UK orders. To be eligible to a return, the item must still be in the same condition we sent them in. Brand new and unused with all original packaging. If you have worn the item outside we are unbale to accept the item back. Once we've received and inspected the item you'll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note original shipping costs we spent are non-refundable.

We are unable to offer returns on pre owned boots.

Some of the pairs we sell are older models, items marked as 'collectors pairs' are such that would be best for collecting only and not to be worn. If you choose to wear them it would be at the buyer's risk, and we are not responsible for refunds regarding this.
